I’d like to build a website where I list some properties and then people can book them fro 1, 2 or 3 months.
I have seen many themes about renting apartments and most of them are daily/weekly rent oriented.

How can I set up the platform in order to make it fitting with my need ? Should I use Woocommerce ?

WooCommerce is how I would do it. The booking plugin would probably work: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/.
There are several ways to proceed. You can go the WooCommerce route. You can look at the plugin VikBooking which is the leader in this sort of booking process. You don’t really need to go the WooCommerce way. But is it up to you. VikBooking is a paid plugin and check it out
I’ve used amelia to create bookings for a couple of sites. Pretty savvy plugins from those guys. Think they have some other standalones. TMS plugins I think is their parent company
You mean like apartments.com? How are you going to attract clients?
Why not go AirBnB? To test it out because you will be wasting time building it yourself.
Maybe some rental plugins is a better option. Something like https://wordpress.org/plugins/propertyhive/?
Hello, it depends on the flow of operation on the website. Do you want your customers to pay for the properties you list via your website online? Then Woocommerce. Or else, you can simply build and list the properties and allow people to contact you via Email, WhatsApp, Facebook or other medium.
