Can’t. No plug-in can prevent screen recording as that would have to exit your browser sandbox.
The simplest and 100% way to stop people from downloading your files is by not putting them online. If you want to make it difficult, use a plugin that restricts right click. But nothing will stop someone from opening up the Snipping tool on Windows/Mac and selecting the area they want and taking a screenshot.
You’re unable to stop someone from recording their screen using OBS or going a step further and piping their display into a capture card.
