Hello @chrslcy! That’s a good question. We do have a way to purge old or abandoned appointments, by heading to your WP-Admin area > Appointments > Settings > Developer (at the very bottom). These settings will be found under the ‘Developer jobs’ tab, but at this time they aren’t automated, though we can look into this as a feature request for the future.
