So far we could understand that you are using Yoast WooCommerce SEO add-on to add GTIN to the variations but you are not being able to pull the values to the feed. To debug the issue we need to inspect your settings from the backend. So you are requested to create a ticket here.
However, if you are CTX Feed’s custom field to enable GTIN, then it will be possible to get the values on the feed without having any issues. But, currently, we are not offering any feature to bulk upload GTIN values to the field. So, it needs to be manual or you have to use WooCommerce’s default input/export feature.
The attribute meta you would need to add to the import file is –
Meta: woo_feed_gtin_var
