Hi, I have been practicing WordPress for a few months now and finally believe I can create a solid website. I’m going to create my own side business where I create sites for local businesses in my area. I am a fluent Welsh speaker and the Welsh language is an important aspect of every business around here so I believe there is a gap in the market for it.
My plan is to now create a site for my business, pay a few people on sites like fiverr for logos and images I can use for my site.
So far I have been building my sites on my local server using elementor with the pro elements plugin and a kadence theme.
I’m hoping to get advice on the following:
– Starting the business (generally)
– Advertising
– Prices/Packages
– Charge hourly or per site?
– Site handover to clients
– Best Hosting services for UK
– Essential plugins?
– SEO (I’m hoping this will be easier in Welsh as there are less sites that will match?)
– Any themes or plugins worth paying for?
– Where to invest money.
And really just any advice from experts, more information the better really!
I also understand that I have a lot to learn with SEO therefore I will be taking my time with this and not rushing into anything!
