Hey guys!
Did you ever encounter something like this? I cannot believe that this is possible.
I’ve updated a page on a WP site someone else has developed, flushed the cache of the website with W3, and flushed Cloudflare cache and if I open the site in incognito mode it’s the old one. But if I refresh it with ctrl + f5 it’s the new one.
That is the case even if the device has never opened this website before.

What could this be?

It’s probably caching to the closet location to you or using the browser cache.. This would be correct until the actual cache is flushed out everywhere.
