Caching Blog Index? Right or Wrong idea?

[ad_1]

Hi everyone,
I’m using WP-SuperCache and I’m enjoying it as my caching plugin.

I notice that when I allow for my Blog Index page to be included in caching:

* I must clear the cache (full site or just the blog index page URI) in order for new posts to appear in the index.
* I sometimes observe CSS formatting errors (not certain why this would be occurring, I’m not using any other magnification plugins, etc.).

I’m inclined to desire my blog index to be cached, but I only get proper results when it is not cached (I do cache the single entries.)

Is the correct action or common approach to cache blog index or exclude it from caching?
