Caching query strings wpfastest cache?

So, I would like my search page to be a bit quicker. The search pages looks for jobs and has a query string of :

?search\_title=&loc\_radius=50&location=&sector\_cat=

I understand I need to enable this option:

But I don’t understand why this is not enabled by default. Is it bad thing to have this enabled? Is it because a search has different criteria a user can put in and that would cause it to cache..to much ?
