Running into an issue with our two-page form. Our form collects information and displays two different totals:
Total One is an up front fee for all services
Total Two is what their reoccurring billing will be.
Once all of their information is filled out, they click on submit and are taken to PayPal where they are asked to pay the amount in Total One.
If for some reason while in Paypal, they decide to use their browser’s back button, they are taken back to the form where all fields are filled out, except that Total One is reset to 0.00. Then, if they click on Pay Now, they are taken back into PayPal where they are now only charged the amount in Total Two, which would be $25.
Any ideas of how to get the Total One field to repopulate without the customer having to refresh the page? This has only happened a few times, but I would like to keep it from happening at all as it only causes confusion.
