Call a function when payment success

Hello,

I need to call a custom php function when any payment is successful (paypal, venmo, stripe).

When my custom PHP function is called i need it to pass in the wordpress userID, and the amount of the payment, so i can add it to their account in my custom database.

Can the free version do it or i need to buy the PRO?
