Campaign Works on all Pages Except Home Page

Hello all, as I mentioned in the title, i managed to create a simple slide in campaign to get emails.

The campaign does indeed work on every page except the home page. In conditions I have:

Current URL Path in any page. But also tried putting Current URL Path in Home Page. It literally works anywhere else except in the main page. Campaign is published.

Any ideas?
