I’ve tried setting up WP Mail SMTP through Brevo and basically Brevo never authorized messaging on their end no matter how many times I contacted them. Everything was set correctly from the SMTP WordPress side. Is there a free or cheap way to do this??

It’s not very clear where you got in the setup process. Is the DNS still propagating after you added the dns stuff maybe? Otherwise are you further along?
