Hi @gianlucapunzi thanks for getting in touch. Canonical URLs are an SEO concept and there isn’t a way to change these using the Stories plugin. You should be able to do this using an SEO plugin but this is something that falls out of the support of the Web Stories plugin.
I would advise consulting the support of whatever SEO plugin you are currently making use of or if you’re not using one then look into these as they should be able to do what you need.
