Can I create a WooCommerce for experimental purposes private without having to register a domain or have a legal company registered? Can I then transfer it to a bought domain and register company if I like it and want to air?

Can I do the following with WordPress?

1. Create a WordPress/WooCommerce webshop to experiment and build it without “launching” it and making it public.
2. Do above mentioned thing without having a domain or registered a company.
3. Transfer the webshop to my company and buy a domain once I like what I’ve built and want to make it public.

I want to experiment and design a webshop using WooCommerce private (not as a company) and then if I like it transfer it to a bought domain and register a company legally.
