Can I make a menu item point somewhere else?

[ad_1]

I’m reorganizing our church’s website and I’d like to know if there’s a way to change an existing menu item to point to a different page, rather than creating a new menu item that points to the new page, and the placing that menu item in the menu, because it’s rather time consuming to create a menu item and place it where I want it, and then delete the old one.

In a related topic, when I create a menu item for a page it always places it at the very end of the menu and then what I do currently is drag it up to where it needs to go, which is cumbersome. I was wondering if there’s a way to create a menu item where I want it to go right at the beginning?

Finally, maybe there’s a better menu editor than the stock one?

  1. I’m not sure why the menu editor is giving you problems – it’s not cumbersome or difficult to use. It shouldn’t take you more than 30 seconds to add/reorder the entire menu. Do you have an overly complex menu?
