Can I restore to a system with an empty database?

So, found the solution myself:
– Old System: make a backup only of the database with Plugin “Backup Migration”
– Old System: Download all files via FTP
Do everything in the new system from here:
– upload all files to the new server via FTP
– Delete /wp-config.php
– Delete folder: /wp-content/backup-migration/
– Delete folder: /wp-content/backup-migration-*/
– Call up the URL in the browser
– Install WordPress (same location)
– Enable plugin “Backup Migration”
– Plugin “Backup Migration”: Upload backup file
– Plugin “Backup Migration”: Restore this backup
– log out
– log in
– Finished!
