there is a fan club website that has been dormant since 2007. is there any possibility that i can become the website owner. i have used whois and emailed the owner but he did not respond. does anybody have solutions

It’s a domain question, cause you wouldn’t obviously want a website that has been dormant for 16 years, would you?
