I am new to WordPress and making a website for a client using my personal WordPress login credentials (Gmail). I wanted to ask if is it possible to transfer the whole website to the client’s account??

If you’re referring to WordPress.com, you would simply change the email address on the account.
“Wordpress” and WordPress.com are two different things. I wouldn’t recommend building paid clients sites on WordPress.com.
