Hello,
I’m running a blog/website about movies and games. And since this brings a lot of data and file size with it I was wondering if I could use a Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive as an external storage so I don’t have this huge file sizes for backup anymore and maybe speed up the website.
I was thinking about just using the url path option instead of the media library when adding an image in my posts. So it’s not hosted on my wordpress directly, but on the cloud drive instead. Will this work and do I need to give any special permission for the image folders? Or do you have any other idea if I can host my images external via a cloud drive?
