Can I use a “page” to write my blog posts?

Hi, I'm new to WP and website building. I am using Elementor and like how my website looks but I am now getting to the point of adding blog posts and finding the "blog post" type does not give me the design flexibility I want.

For instance, I want to add call outs and colored boxes like this article has: https://getwpfunnels.com/optin-funnel/

I can do this in a page using Elementor just fine. It looks great. But is there any harm to SEO by using a "page" instead of "post" to publish my blog posts?
