Can I use a Woocommerce/Membership site as a pledge manager for after a Kickstarter campaign?

Order add-ons and final shipping charges for fulfillment type stuff. I see some crowdfunding plug-ins but they don’t really address physical shipped items or secondary charging. How would I go about that?
