can i use Mega Menu Pro with Divi and is there a download

Please check our Divi documentation here:

There is no need to use a child theme if you use the Divi header builder. You also don’t need the Pro version, please test the free version and make sure you are comfortable with it before purchasing Pro (if you need the additional Pro features).

It is also worth nothing that Divi has the ability to create (limited) mega menus built in:
