can I use Python/Flask/APIs in wordpress for this type of website

I am unfamiliar with web development but I want to create an interactive website for a business.

Website’s main idea:

* User signs up and links account with Spotify/(any music app) account
* Information from their music account is transmitted to a Python script on my machine
* The Python script outputs new information back to the user

Can I use Python and Flask in combination with WordPress to execute my goals?
