Looking online, there are a million tutorials on creating FSE theme, but I’d rather not read through them all just to look for one answer to my question.
Can I use Gutenberg to build pages/templates but not have the required file structure of .HTML files in the /templates/ folder? I’d love to be able to use the FSE feature to be able to use Gutenberg blocks for some basic pages (contact form, etc) but I am no doubt going to need to create PHP pages as well because my site has a ton of custom pages on it.
I hope my question makes sense. I basically just want to take advantage of the ease of FSE/Gutenberg for 90% of my site but there are definitely pages that need a lot of customizing. An example is, I’d like to put some share buttons on my page but would save me massive time to use blocks for stuff like that than reinvent the wheel.
Thanks!
