I just uploaded a new post on my WordPress, and I have had problems when I am searching for my post on google after the exact title.
When I use site: and the URL on google, it appears indexed and everything looks normal.
Bun when I search after using the exact title as in the blog post, google only shows my home page instead of the blog post.
Do you have any solution to that? I am doing something wrong?

If you just uploaded the post then it may not have been indexed yet.
You can manually request indexing from the [search console]); at the URL Inspection page enter your URL and click Request Indexing.
It will usually appear after ~30 minutes
