Can I create a platform in WordPress where people can open online stores like Alibaba or amazon, of course not as big as them but the idea is the same.
So that people can open a store on the platform and sell their products on it.
Is WordPress capable of this?
If yes, what are the names of these models so that I can look at them and see what they look like and how to work on them?

You could also code it yourself but it would require pretty indepth knowledge about wp and/or woocommerce
Having used Dokan and MultivendorX (previously known as WCMP)… I suggest WCFM.

Yes, using something like Dokan which probably is the most compatible with most third party plugins you may need.
