Can you call an email template as a hook or webhook?

I’m using JetEngine to create a registration form since I haven’t found a way to edit the fields of woocommerces own registration form and I’ve created a template that sends an email when a new customer is registered into the site. The problem is that when I use JetEngines form the email doesn’t get sent, even though I register the new user as a customer, but when I use woocommerces the email gets sent without a problem. I was wondering if there is a way to call that specific template as a hook or webhook, or any other way for that matter, once the form is submitted.
