Hi, sorry for my bad English. Many times when there is a critical error and you can’t access the wp-admin on a WordPress I would like to be able to quickly load a previous backup but the plugin I use requires doing a clean install, installing the plugin and importing the backup file.
The idea is to get back to a previous state quickly after a critical error when updating WordPress and then look for the solution to the error from local for example.
I don’t know if there is any backup plugin that I can use for example WP-CLI or something similar.

I’d recommend finding a host that provides automated backups on the server in order to avoid situations like this.
If the backup is provided by the host, even if your site gets hacked and deleted or is just inaccessible you can login to your server and restore it from there.
Just enable debugging so you can see what’s causing the error and fix it. Honestly if this is happening to you regularly then you need to reevaluate the plugins/themes that you’re using.
