I’m having trouble figuring this out and can’t make sense of the results I’m finding in this sub.
I have made a blog and it’s currently free, I’ve been asked a few times to launch my site, which I did and choose the free options. Is my site still usable/live? Can people still find it? And how can I tell that it’s live? I’m so confused haha
I’m doing this on my phone with the app, I tried logging in on my laptop and it wouldn’t let me log in.

yes people can still find it. If you don’t pay for a domain, it will just be able to visit by whatever you defined: chillibiscuits.wordpress.com
You know its live if it says live and you can access your website without being logged in
It sounds like you’re using wordpress.com. You can’t use a custom domain name on their free plan. I think that’s what you’re asking about?
