thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
Is there any extra information shown as part of this error message? If not, this usually means that the table ID that you want to use as the new ID is already in use by another table.

@tobiasbg omg, you are right, it (mistakenly) already exists!
Can you make the error message more clear to reflect that? I would have found out myself.
