When trying to connect Bluesky, it worked out properly in various tests.
Is it possible that you have changed anything in your Bluesky settings (for example, enabled two-factor authentication)? Kindly check this thread:

If so, I’d recommend disabling the two-factor authentication in order to establish the connection.
