When my plugin, GA Google Analytics is deactivated or uninstalled, it is impossible for it to add any tracking code (or anything else). This is because the plugin must be active in order for it to add the tracking code.
Also, looking at your web page (source code), I find Google tracking code together with this message:
“Google Tag Manager snippet added by Site Kit”
So it looks like a plugin named “Site Kit” is adding the tracking code. There may be other active plugins involved as well. Best advice is to do some quick troubleshooting. I would be glad to provide a guide if it will be useful for you.
