Cannot log in as admin after putting website in maintenance mode?

Hi all,

I operate a website using the free WordPress medium. I recently put the website in maintenance mode (WP Maintenance Mode) while I was making a few updates. I logged out, and now I cannot even log back in as an admin to get to my dashboard. I have no idea how to get back into my website, and any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I apologize as I am not well-versed in all of this stuff.
