Hi I’m trying to set up WooCommerce PayPal Payments to test on my staging website. I’m trying to set up the webhooks and all I can see is to resubscribe or to simulate.
Whenever I try either I get an error message popping up that says
“Operation failed. Check woocommerce logs for more details. Could not create token.”
I also went into status/logs and I can’t find any logs for this, what is causing this and how do I fix it?
Edit: After creating this I have just seen above another error message saying:
Authentication with PayPal failed: Could not create token.
Please verify your API Credentials and try again to connect your PayPal business account. Visit the plugin documentation for more information about the setup.
I think my sandbox API crendtials maybe incorrect if this maybe the cause because I just went back to try it again with the live API crednetials enabled and it worked.
I guess this will be more of a Paypal issue rather than woocommerce related to the API crednetials. I would delete this thread now if I icould
