Hello @truncks
I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
Just to confirm, once you enabled the Page Caching and selected the caching method, you saved all settings and purged the cache and that is when you started to experience the problem you are referring to?
Are you unable to login to the wp-admin area or you cannot visit the website at all?
Can you please share the website URL?
It’s the first time I am hearing that the optimization of any plugin is blocking access to the Cpanel, and W3 Total Cache, as powerful as it is, cannot do anything like this.
I would suggest reaching out to your hosting provider and checking the status of the server, as this may simply be a strange coincidence. Can you also please share where your website is hosted and your hosting plan, and also is it an APache or Nginx?
Thanks!
Thnaks for your answer
This is my url link:
https://ph-formation.fr/
When i finish the configuration, my pannel didn’t load and cannot access anymore.
I can access to the log page, but not more. When i make my login and paassword, the page didn’t load.
Hello @truncks
Thank you for the clarification.
So you cannot access the wp0admin area.
Can you please manually remove the W3 Total Cache files and folders:
– cache folder
– w3tc-config folder
– object-cache.php (if exists)
– advanced-cache.php (if exists)
– db.php (if exists)
– upgrade folder
– delete w3-total-cache folder in wp-content/plugins/ (if exists)
Let me know if the problem persists once the W3TC is removed.
Thanks!
Sorry, i’m not very familiar with this.
You want me to delete the folder W3TC in the folder plugin ?
Or there is more ?
Thanks
It work !
Thnaks a lot !
Do you have an advise for the initial config ?
Hello @truncks
You are most welcome!
Yep, as I can see everything is working great now. very fast and responsive.
The configuration depends on your website, however Page Caching, Browser Caching, and also minify are some things that ou should start with.
THanks!
