Hi there,
I’m having trouble customizing the look of the chat icon. I added my own image, but when I adjust the height and weight in CSS, it only adjusts the size of the frame, and the image is still the same proportions. Also there is a gray shadow behind my icon which I can’t seem to get rid of, and the positioning seems to be off.
