If your discount has not been used before then you should be able to delete it. If it’s not removed from the page it is possible that you have Object caching that is still showing the discount there.
Try and find if you have caching active and especially Object Caching active on the site and if you do try and clear it.

The Discount has already been used. Is this why you cant delete it ?
