I am trying to use the new series feature and have successfully added four events to a series called “Preschool Program,” however, I am not able to edit this series’ landing page. Any changes made in the text box on the series edit page are not reflected on the website. None of the events linked to the series show up on the series page, but each one shows on its individual event page that it is linked to the series.
I have tried creating a new series several ways, including not linking it to any events, and all of the pages have the same problem. I have tried clearing the cache, editing in text and visual mode, and looked into the settings page.
To the best of my troubleshooting, the problem is our theme; the page updates properly when the default 2023 theme is used. I cannot seem to pinpoint where the problem is within our custom theme to resolve it.
The Events Template is the default events template.
