Can’t find to import or export Gutenberg blocks

Hi, I’m new to using Gutenberg because I was used to other page builders.

Somehow I got stuck on importing a Gutenberg block which is a json file, but unfortunatelly can’t find anywhere the icon in the search editor or the other option when trying to save a pattern as a block.

All plugins deactivated, using twenty twenty four.

I’m quite stressed as I need to solve an issue within the next 2 hours.
