Can’t get an access key either automatically or manually

Having just installed Security by CleanTalk I then get

Errors:
2023-10-14 13:32:02: Access key validating: Access key is empty.
2023-10-14 13:33:31: Getting access key automatically: SERVER_ERROR NO: 5 MSG: There is no access to add a new service.

I have tried to get the key aurtomatically, nothing happens. When I try manually and aske dto create an account I get There is no access to add a new service.
