**When I try to install a plugin I find it, click “Install” then after that “Activat” button appears, when I click it website just refreshes and plugin is nowhere to be found.**
**When I click on “Learn more” instead of “Install”, and then in the new small tab I click “Install Now” nothing happens.**

That’s unusual.
Have you tried downloading plugins directly from the wordpress.org plugin repository, uploading the ZIP file and activating it that way?
