Today I was unable to log in to the support forums with either of two different WordPress.org logins I control. I know my password was correct as I have it saved in a password keeper. Even in the case that it was somehow still wrong, I cannot reset my password either. When I attempt to do that I get a message that the user is not allowed to reset the password.
I had to resort to creating a new user id so that I could get support for a problem I’m having with a plug-in. Is there any way to restore my original user ID??
