Looks like a fatal error happened on the staging site caused this issue, to find the root cause of it, WP_DEBUG mode must be enabled following this guide.
Since you are a Pro customer, please enable WP_DEBUG mode on the staging site, then reload the staging site’s URL in the browser, and send us the debug.log file in (/sharptown-2023/wp-content/) via this form and we will help you further from there.
