Can’t make google index my url, and error is redirect error

I don’t know it is coming from LiteSpeed or not, but I searched and found there was a post about the same problem, but it ends without any status updated.

Here is what I tried but no use:

• clear cache in LiteSpeed
• clear cache in QUIC backend
• submit url by speed indexing in Rank Math
• retry submit url in google search console
