I am trying to remove time that was added to the “Time Adjustments” field on an open ticket. When I delete the contents of this field and save the ticket, the changes are not reflected.
I’ve tried this with the ticket open and with the ticket closed. This is one more instance where you guys ALMOST have a good plugin. You have all these add-ons to nickel and dime everyone, but then your basic functions that are shipped with the stock plugin don’t even work.
This is the 5th time I’ve had to either find a workaround myself to fix something you guys should have taken care of already, or I’ve had to open a ticket (still waiting on a response from my previous ticket).
Let me know how I can actually remove time adjustments, or if that’s just a field that we can’t use because it wasn’t set up correctly in the plugin.
