Hi @pambush. When I run WP 6.0.3 locally, go to WP Admin → Media → Library, and switch to grid mode, I am able to scroll.
What web browser are you using?
Does the issue persist if you disable all plugins and switch to a default (Twenty*) theme?
If you can install plugins, install and activate “Health Check”:
It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health.
On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.

@noisysocks Thanks for the info. Just found out that the problem is with a plugin I’m using called Enhanced Media Library PRO. After deactivating the plugin, grid view works properly. I’m going to follow up with the plugin dev for this.
