Can’t seem to reduce Largest Contentful Paint on Mobile

I built a simple blog on Elementor (Using Hello Elementor Theme) and for some reason I can’t get my PageSpeed LCP down for mobile. No matter what I do, it’s stuck at around 12s..The site is hosted on Hostinger Business Plan and I’m using Cloudflare APO, as well as LiteSpeed Cache.

The element in question is a 1200×794 JPG, it’s already compressed down to 184kb..

I’ve been tinkering with settings for days at this point, but no matter what I do I can’t get the LCP down.

My scores for desktop are acceptable (LCP around 2s) but I can’t figure out what’s slowing down the mobile site so much.

Any help is much appreciated!
