Can’t send tickets to WooCommerce (they marked as spam)

I have an issue with one of the Wocoomerce plugins (Split Orders). It’s showing twice in my plugins screen and I can’t remove one instance. I tried submitting the issue on the Woocommerce site, but every time I try to send it, I get “There was a problem with your submission. Your submission has been flagged as spam”. Which means I can’t get in touch with anyone…
