To clarify, when you add tracking information to orders and update the status to ‘Shipped’ (or ‘Completed’), our system automatically incorporates the tracking widget into the corresponding order status email sent to your customers. This ensures they receive the necessary tracking details promptly.
Regarding a tracking shortcode, we currently do not offer this feature in our plugin. However, for a more advanced tracking solution, including automated shipment tracking and customer notifications, I recommend the TrackShip for WooCommerce plugin. TrackShip also provides a custom tracking page that can be integrated directly into your store, offering your customers a seamless tracking experience.
