Captcha Code blocking comments

Hi everyone, just seeking some help with my website TVBlackbox.com.au

Currently people are blocked from leaving comments because it appears some bad code related to ReCaptcha is causing an error. Unfortunately I do not have enough knowledge to know how to fix this bug. Any help would be appreciated.
